Artisanal Baked Goods

Welcome to Piccolina Bakery — a small, but professional artisan microbakery based in Milton Keynes, creating handmade sourdough, cakes, and sweet bakes with care and craft.
Piccolina began from a love of honest baking — slow-fermented loaves, small-batch cakes, and seasonal ingredients that celebrate real flavour.

After ten years working as a professional baker and pastry chef, I wanted to bring that same quality and attention to detail to a smaller, more personal setting, so along with my husband Jamie, a head chef with more than 25 years experience, we decided to open Piccolina Bakery.

Every loaf and bake is made by hand, from scratch, using traditional methods and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Our sourdoughs are naturally leavened and slowly fermented for depth of flavour, while our cakes, cookies, and buns are baked fresh in small batches throughout the week. You’ll find all our bakes available for local delivery in selected areas of Milton Keynes.

At Piccolina Bakery, everything is small-batch, handmade, and created with care. For each of our bakes, you’ll find a complete ingredient list on the product page. We want you to enjoy our products with peace of mind, so here’s a clear guide to the ingredients and allergens in our kitchen.

Our Allergen Promise:

We are a sesame-free bakery.
You won’t find sesame seeds, sesame oil, tahini, or any sesame products in our bakes.
​
Because we bake a wide variety of goods, we do work with:
  • Gluten (present in all our breads and most treats)
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Tree Nuts (used occasionally in certain products)​

A Note on Our Little Bakery Kitchen:

Our bakes are crafted in a cosy, open kitchen where ingredients mingle and the mixers work overtime, so although we take great care when handling allergens, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. This means all products may contain traces of gluten, milk, eggs, soy, or nuts.

Enjoy our artisan bakes delivered fresh to your door for a small fee. We currently deliver to areas with MK10 postcodes which include Brooklands, Broughton, Milton Keynes Village, Middleton, Monkston, and Oakgrove.
